4. Paschimottan Asana

Sit on a hard surface and straighten and spread the legs in front of you. Take a deep breath and raise your arms above your shoulders. Exhale now and lean over, attempting to hit your elbows with your forehead.
Keep this pose for a few seconds longer while breathing naturally. Inhale and gently return to your usual role. Rep the pose two more.
5. Veer Bhadrasana

Procedure -
Stand with your feet at least a foot apart. Adjust your eyes to the right and bend your right leg to 90 degrees. Take a deep breath in and raise your arms to shoulder height. Turn your head to the right and keep this position for a few seconds or as long as possible. Inhale and return to your initial role. At least twice, repeat the pose.
